Is it still worth it to install one even though it shuts it off? Is there a certain one that's best? Dealer?

Does anybody know if there is a remote start kit that doesn't shut the vehicle off? That's the only thing my 21 trd doesn't have.

I replaced mine with another 5th gen 4r.

I used Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy full synth 0W-20 in my 14 and it seemed to work well for 120k miles. Coming up on first change in new 21, should I continue to use or are there better options now? It's just my wife's daily so light use.
