The window that comes up first, asking for the software key. I ended up uninstalling everything & trying again (3rd, 4th time); this time it took the reg entry that satisfies the license key I'm guessing & it's good now.

I'm running Win7Pro. The drivers are fine; I just can't get past the key screen for Techstream 9.22.025 How do I enter a key?

I also have the v9.30 version (instead of the v8.3 upgrade mentioned in the write-up). Things seemed to go well but when I try to connect, it says the VIM is not responding. Is there a different .ini file for the v9.30 version do you think? I'm about ready to uninstall v9.30, find v8.3...
