    2011 TE stock radio

I don't think new LED's would make it any better...The problem is that the LCD display emits polarized light, so when you are looking at it with polarized glasses, there will be 2 angles where you don't get any light transmission through your glasses from the display, and 2 angles where it is...

Good news for the tranny lag..new tsb fixes!

5th Generation is the new body style, which would have been available late 2009. If you bought a 2009 model year in 2009, then you'd have a 4th Gen. However, if you bought a 2010 model year in late 2009 you'd have a 5th gen. If your 4runner looks like this it's a 5th Gen: And if it looks like...

    BudBuilt Winch Plate

Some D-ring shackle mounts like the FJ mounts would go a long ways in that department imo....

Might explain how the rear diff failed on my parents suburban after 70k miles....

The Eternal Grudge Match…4Runner vs. Pathfinder

-check to make sure your rear window is all the way up! I bet that'll take care of your rear wiper/defog, as the window has to be ALL the way up for it to function. -Gas mileage (and power) should get better as the engine gets broken in. I was averaging 21mpg with my stock tires, which is...

The Eternal Grudge Match…4Runner vs. Pathfinder

How did you end up on this forum?? One post and it doesn't even make sense. If you want to actually stand up for the pathfinder, a little bit of grammar and proper English go a long way....Oh and as far as the performance goes, maybe on road but off road I'm pretty sure my stock 4Runner would...

    I'm in the club!!!

No Super hornets for us...Harriers, legacy hornets (a++/c/d) or prowlers. Supposed to be getting the JSF at some point but the future of the STOVL variant isn't all that certain at this point.

What is a trail version and is it worth it?

There's a good description on the toyota website but for a quick down and dirty: -Better approach/departure angles -KDSS -Locking rear differential -A-TRAC -Crawl Control -Multi Mode terrain Assist -Waterproof seats If you search around there's plenty of discussions on what people paid but you...

    AWD or FWD

for the SR5 and TE 4x4 means four wheel drive since the system is part time. the Limited's 4x4 is AWD since it can be on all the time. 4x2 in the SR5 would be rear wheel drive, not front wheel drive
