Flashing Key Light, What does it mean?

YAY!! My 4Runner is starting to have the blinking key thing.. I never noticed it till today.. after i parked i noticed it.. and i did get mine from the dealership.. So it can't be turned off?

Whats up guys.. My name is Steven and I just signed up for this board. I found it by messing around on the internet and came across a 4runner group. I drive a 2007 4Runner. sr5 Oh ya I forgot.. Im from San Diego... I hope theres others from San Diego hahaha Um Im 24, Im attending San Diego...
