I would get under the truck and check your bushings, if they are shot that could be causing the rough ride. Check those and if they seem to be in good shape id get new shocks.

I have the KO3s, they have been fantastic. The increased mud and snow traction is definitely noticeable, mpg gains from ko2s onroad, are super quiet and easy to balance out as well. Would recommend, ask me if you have any specific questions on them

Yep, you should be all good for now. The only reason for concern would be if its taking driving confidence away. It should be good to go if you can deal with it.

Lifted trucks tend to feel "floaty" after a lift. High caster UCAs should help with the issue and tighten it back up.

I had a similar issue, rotors are worn most likely and I would check for a seized caliper as well. Power stop makes a great replacement caliper.

My front calipers seized up here. I offroad all the time, and the Powerstop calipers have been a great replacement. A friend of mine has the set of rears and he loves them just as much as I do.

From the limited shots in this article, it's hard to tell what is different. The wing looks the same, but the taillights look different to me.

This is an interesting idea, but like everyone else is saying, I don't think it will be worth the hassle in the end mostly just due to how the fenders would not likely be able to support that force coming from those latches.
