I was wondering how did you get the 15in wheels to fit. I tried altleast 5 different pairs and kept hitting the brake caliper, I even tried my buddies 15in wheels from his same year tacoma???

Mine had 85000 on it when I supercharged it, go for it and do it, according to UDR they say its not too many miles. I wouldnt do it with like 150000 but thats just me. also remember that the supercharger only puts out about 6 PSI of boost, not too much to destroy the engine.

Be a man and supercharge it. I promise you wont regret it, i did mune with 85000 miles on it and I love it had it for just over a year now and it pulls hard with 35's and trailors.

F the freakin dealers... i just got a cv boot replaced on mine, I poked a hole in the inside driverside cv, they told me the parts only came in sets so I said just fix it, 1 week later i got it back and it cost me $400, lame. then i went wheeling and was washing my rig and saw that the drivers...

on your rims, we cannot get a 15 to ft. you will need to go 16in wheel or bigger, our front calipers on the 4runner is bigger then the tacoma counterpart. you will have to get metric sized tires if you get 16in rims, and yes you will fit the 285's just fine. I personally like the look of 18in...

Thanks for the compliments on my rig, I took it out yesterday and had my 35's completely buried in mud, I was so stuck we broke a tow cable and then had to use a second one to get me out. lockers dont matter in mucky river bottom mud.

Also anyone interested in the Lift we built we are going to begin selling it, its freakin sweet. I had it out in the rocks today and crawled up a spot where my buddy broke his axle in his land rover discovery.

I dont have a winch on the rig yet... I'm looking to get one with a non steel rope, and it will be concealed in the front bumper that we are working on at CBI. its going to invlove some tubing and stock chrome stuff, it should be hella sweet.

Sometimes you can get your insurance to fix everything and have them go after the other guys insurance, If not then start charging them for a rental as well, also dude its a Toyota if the fames not bent FIX IT!

I was just sitting here wondering why Toyota would even make a 2wd 4 runner... Does it get better gas mileage? is there something I'm missing with 2wd? I just don't understand,

OME makes some sweet stuff, get the OME lift for your ride and you will love it, it is not stiff even if you get the Heavy duty, the bumper on it will make the Heavy duty ride nice.
