I'm in the same boat. 2003 T4R started loosing that piece at 120k miles. It's mostly gone on the passenger corner now. I hit it hard with a grinder and flapper disk and rust reformer when I got it 2 years ago. Basically stopped the loss hard, but it's not something I'd use to pull the truck out...

I have the exact same head unit!. And cracks. Subbing this thread and seeing what I can do.
