2018 4Runner Toyota site has 2018 model listed. Based on the specs there is no change in 2018 https://www.toyota.com/4runner/2018 Is there a chance that the prices will go down due to the arrival of 2018 models?

Extended Warranty? 2015 4Runner limited

I got a quote from a local dealer for 2017 Toyota 4Runner TRD Offroad premium with sunroof no KDSS - $37000 2017 Toyota 4Runner SRPrem 3rd row with runroof - $37500 Is this a good price?
