This actually helps me out a ton, thank you. Knowing that the ADD isn't controlled by the ECU means I can use the right 03/04 Tacoma ECU with no problems. It has the electronic throttle and is set up for the 5VZFE and R150F and plugs in with no repinning as I understand it from other forum...

From Alaska here, I feel your pain on the frame rust issue. Upside is you can get cheap parts rigs with bad frames and good everything else. Do you have any welding experience/equipment to fix the worst of it?
