Have you checked your tail/brake light bulbs? Some vehicles disable the cruise if a bulb is out. I'm not sure about the 4Runner but it's worth checking.

That's not bad, I didn't even know it was an option honestly. The little hamster wheel in my brain is spinning a bit after seeing these in the full tan. Looks awesome!

Is the harness corroded? Someone once told me of corrosion at the harness eventually working it's way up the wiring and wrecking things in a similar fashion. Possibly tracing that corrosion up and replacing some of the wiring and harness would work if that's the case.

Did the kit come with an armrest cover too?
