I don't think this is the case. The OP indicated he drives with the eco light on 95% of the time. The eco light will not be illuminated if the shifter is in "select mode".

The warning light is based on 19.5 gallons. Refer to pg 568 (section 5-2): For the range display refer to pg 195 (section 2-2): ----------------------- What is a warning light warning you of if it is based on the total fuel in the tank?
