Here might be why I know it's 6 months old thread but here is what I learned: I had same "issue" with my 00 Pathfinder. It drove me crazy, causing me almost selling the Finder. Even dealer couldn't tell me what's "wrong". They put in on computer, drove it cold, everything seemed to be working...

Check-in after rainy season I'm pleased to inform that the holes in A-Pillar were definitely source of the leak. Since I sealed them, there's absolutely no water coming in - and we have a lot of rain poring down during the winter. Marine silicone is holding up so far ;-)

I just opened the hood, removed the plastic cover at the bottom of the weatherstrip and pulled the strip up

I know Matt but only 2 of them were partially exposed - the 3rd one was completely covered by the glue already. I am just amazed by "professionalism" of some glass shops ..... I'm a licensed trained commercial and car mechanic in my country in Europe - if I ever did anything like that in earlier...

I just basically pressed it back - it holds there even without the fasteners. Apparently, while replacing the glass, they spread the glue everywhere where the weatherstrip suppose to go and then pushed the strip in - that created perfect fit for strip to be pushed back in place - I suppose they...

He he :-D That gator travels with me from one car to another since 1998 when I puled him out of the huge, big a.. bowl of margarita drink, licked the margarita off and threw him in my girlfriend's purse while she wasn't looking ;-) I think it was in Razzoo's Restaurant when I use to live in States

Problem solved OK, happy to inform you that the problem of wet floor is solved (with help of many people here giving their input - thank you guys for that) I discovered, after pulling out the side windshield weatherstrip away from A-pillar, that there were 2 holes partially covered by glue...

Hey, it wasn't raining enough whole Summer :-D But over those few days it was, I figured that I have a water appearing along the driver's side A-pillar right under the windshield caulking. It seemed just seeping through and I didn't see any run-off anywhere underneath. But, again, not enough...

Thanks for letting me know. I was gone for a month so will be getting back to address the issue. Before reading this, I actually popped the windshield wipers cover up and checked for some draining holes there but there's only 2 of them in the corners and poring the water in them doesn't seem to...

I think you might be right. I didn't have chance do anything yet, just driving with carpet off now. As for the A/C relay - I can hear some liquid running occasionally when turning but no water appears after that - I thought it might be some water stuck under the windshield ... Weather is...

Looks like I'll have to take that blue electric connector box out somehow - I saw the water running down in the corner behind that box and underneath the rubber insulation pad on firewall. To make things more interesting, found a new leak in cargo area too - that one was easy one - the rubber...

So, couldn't attend the problem in over a week. But got nice rain today and I was able pinpoint the spot, where the water appears first. Looks like it's seeping through right underneath the cable attached to the floor. Will try pull the plastic hook out of the floor and lift and secure the whole...

I eliminated sunroof drain possibility - it was nice and sunny day today, so I opened the roof and kept pouring the H2O into the driver's side drain. All the water was coming out nicely from underneath the car, nothing on the inside. I will do same with the windshield and hood area tomorrow.
