Update, 150 miles after head gasket repair, vacuum leak CEL. Service manager at Toyota says "totally unrelated." Subtly called him out on BS, they either split a hose and didn't replace it or didn't fasten it correctly. Why would they slack on putting engine back in??? Total hassle...
