    Favorite 4runner Generation, why?

3rd gen was my first and favorite. Love the lines and overall functionality of it without a ton of electrical nannies. Its a good mix of old school and modern trucks.

    Diameter vs Weight of Tire?

This can get into a very detailed conversation. Long and short it depends. Somethings sometimes overlooked but to keep in mind. Heavier tire will effect cv axles, bearings, bushings, gear, etc. causing premature wear. Taller tire with less weight wont have as much effect as that but will...

Plastidip on a whole truck (not a 4Runner)

Looks like it turned out well from the pictures. How good was the gun that came with the kit?

Is tire rack to be believed?

I suggest searching around different tire seller sites. There are good deals to be had for tires that are comparable to BFGs. I picked up a set of Toyo OC AT3 4 for under $500 not long ago.

POR15 Patch or Putty opinions please

It depends on the severity but as stated above, unless its surface rust, I would cut out and patch with metal. Surface rust you can sand/grind away and just use an rust inhibiting primer. Though POR15 is a good product, used it a lot on my old Jeeps. Just get the right kind, they make...

I bent 1 of my rims recently. Best way to fix pics!

I agree with the above. Depending on severity, if you can afford to replace I would do so. Can save you in the long run.

    Duratracs vs ko2

I also vote KO2 if you plan to do more paved road driving. Its a great all around tire that will last a long time.

Cooper Discoverer at3 on stock Trail

I don't have any pics of mine, but I ran these not too long ago on my 3rd gen and they are great inexpensive all terrains, never got me stuck, though I only did mild trail riding. However, they are nice and quiet and well handling on the road.

    Plasti Dipping SR5 OEM Rims

I vote dip if you plan to off road at all. Easier to touch up and cheaper. I dipped mine a custom anthracite color. Though color options these days are endless.

    Rear suspension problem

Have you checked local salvage yard? Or you can search car-part.com.

I need fender flare paint recommendations

Since its plastic make sure you use a adhesion promoter prior to paint. Most over the counter paint will work well, it is all in the prep in the end. I've had good success with duplicolor. Use a nice auto grade clear coat to help protect it.
