Drive shaft assembly boot clamp leaking, can I DIY?
Hi everybody, Was changing oil and notice that driver’s side have bunch of dirty grease around the drive shaft. Looks like the clamp on narrow side of the boot got loose just a bit and grease all over that place. Talk to my coworker who used to fix car for leaving and he said that it will be...- vvs75

Shopping list of potential SUV's
Body on frame -- rougher ride? 4th gen stock ride softer then all the trucks I've been, Honda Pilot included. Possibly a little cramped for shoulder / headroom, uncomfortable front seat. If you 6"2 like me just buy the truck without sunroof.- vvs75

What's the MAX Speed when driving in 4x4 mode in a V6?
The OM do not state to drive <60MPH. I drive my V6 in 4x4 mode most of the time 65-70mph, from time to time I do 90mph when I feel like it.- vvs75

05 4Runner Steering Problem
Do not pay for the tire pressure sensors. They too expansive and designed to last 5 or so years just waste if you ask me. One of mine got broken when I got new tires, they aluminum and very fragile. I check my tires weekly so they are not big deal specially the price they cost each like $150 or...- vvs75

Replacing Tires Soon... 4 or 5? Recommendations?
+1 on Destinations just got mine 5K ago. They have very good performance price ratio tires, looks good aggressive wise, already impressed how they handle in snow/rain/ice conditions. 4X2 vs 4X4
Keep it in H4. The V8 4runners have no H2 they all time H4, so your V6 in H4 position have same full time AWD drive system as V8 4Runners.- vvs75
