How to connect XM so that it is wired to ignition turn on

I am installing an XM in my 2003 4R Sport and would like to wire it such that it is only powered when I turn on radio. Any ideas on where to splice into ?

Removing dashboard fascia

I want to install an XM radio and need to be able to access the radio. Anyone know how to remove the fascia? I am reluctant to start using a prybar!
