I bought the truck with 10k and then converted it to Amsoil. I change the oil myself and on this particular filter I only had 12k on it! I had only three more months left until the 1 year recommended oil change date.
Good news as well. They said to proceed with the dealership and they would cut a check when the work was done. When I received the call it was a relief! I believe the product is great but the filter obviously has some design flaws.
Glad you got a response back with some pressure. I'm still waiting! Its been about a month and Im going so start pushing harder and get some results next week. My oil test came back that saying there was normal levels of additives with minimal contaminants and no water or Glycol contamination...
