Really not that bad of a ding, but from the looks of it, the wheel is a pro-comp style and they are pretty cheep to replace $60 range if you can't get it hammered out.

WIY kits Another option is there are plenty of places that offer a "Weld it Yourself" kits where the engineering has been completed and there is room for customization on your own part to make it yours. I've looked into a couple for my 3rd gen. plus they are about 1/2 the cost of welded one...

Just a little (10 miles) further north at pacific city there is beach access and there is sand lake a huge orv park for dune and beach driving. Though a 5 dollar orv permit is required at sandlake.
