Did this today. Worked great. Followed all the instructions and warnings. Super easy. 12v outlets are hot. Radio stayed off. MUCH cleaner than running new wires (needed the rear outlets to be hot). And the little fuse box under the dash (above the parking brake pedal) is out of the way...
