That's what I'm thinking. The 4Runner has around 46K on it. They should have noticed a bad belt or messed up the alternator install. I pick it up on Friday, and after a 4 hour trip home I'll be at the local dealer's service desk.

I would like to see a frame that has a back piece that holds the plate inside, not just a square piece that outlines the front of the plate. I'm looking to prevent paint damage from the metal licence plate itself. Of course the correct T4R.ORG font would be prefered.

I echo iFORCE's comments... It protects the hood nicely, especially the painted part of the hood between the grill and headlight. It molds right along the hood. I didn't want a butt ugly wing on the front of my 4Runner. And I really like the way it blends in with the black color. Dave

Not that I've seen, or heard. Right after I installed it I took a trip that had 3 hours of 55 mph + speeds and I was watching and listening. It seemed stable and quiet.
