Picked up some used factory fogs and used the mounting bracket off one fo theside i needed. Have the fog light back in and working. While under it I noticed the passenger side fog has a shroud ached around the back of it. My drivers side does not, but it could have fallen off after the hit...

Was thinking of keeping that crap in place if I go a diff route and maybe run the normal fogs of the standrd fog switch plug and then maybe some amber fogs off the DRL switch plug. Would have to test the output volts on both plugs. Baja Designs or some multiple led light company could give...

Thank you guys for the replies so far. The Auer kit is the closest resembling of the ones I have. The price on fogs is insane lol... I like the dual DRL just because it is more things to catch peoples eyes so they dont pull out in front of me, but wondering if a different set is a better way...

Meguiars Ultimate Paste wax about every 6 months. Meguiars gold soap and then Meguiars D15601 Ultimate spray wax after I towel dry it. For the interior and tires, I use 303 Protectant.

Fully agree with this and if you do your own maintenance, leave a big note in the car of what you have done (for the mechanic to see). Never rely on your service writer/adviser. My brother had a 5th gen and learned the hard way. Stripped skid plate bolts, cracked filter housing, over filled...

I have had mine for almost a year now and never painted it. However, I was using my detailer spray on it, 303 Protectant, in the beginning for approx 6 months. I have since switched to using the spray wax on it that I use on the rest of the truck. It still looks good with no issues.

Had a 18 sport for about 5 days when I took a trip back home to PA. I liked it, no complaints. My brother had a couple of TJ's and some friends have TJ's, JK's and JL's. My main concern with them is longevity. Dont think they will last the same as the Toyota. My 3rd gen 4runner was great up...
