OK I give up, where is the relay for the intermittent wiper on a 90 4runner with a V6 standard 5 sp with AC? Is it part of the wiper switch assembly or a separate plug relay? I figure its shot since I get no delay when I try it, the wipers run normally. Thanks!!!!!!!
