Help! I also forgot to mention that I do get reverb through the speakers when I have the amp attched to the harness and the head unit attached to the amp. Might I have a bad amp? Should I try and pull an original harness from another 1st gen? Does anyone sell aftermarket OE replacements?

What's up? I live in Pendleton. Just bought this 88 from a guy in NC. I originally had an 89 YJ that I traded for a 98 Frontier. I sold the Frontier and bought the 4runner for even money. It's my third. I've had an 02 Sport and my wife drives an 06 Sport. Love Toyota quality.
