I just measured my front and rear sway bars with my digital caliper:
2005 V6 2WD Sport
F: 29mm
R: 21mm
Ordered up some energy poly bushings, black ones, and have had great results with their bushings on my Tundra for the steering rack, LCA, and sway bars/links.
