I would definitely recommend the scosche kit. Fits much better than the metra kit and apears to sit "in" the openings as opposed to on top. The only bad part is that its very tought to find

I don't know the exac details but there are different redlines for the v8 (change in 05) due to the introduction of vvti. I'll take a look this afternoon

Two kits are available. One is made by Metra and the other is made by sparco or something like that. I have the latter installed because I believe it gives a much cleaner look. If you search you should be able to find pics of both. Good luck on the install!

Try Mcguires (sp?) polish and then wax. Ive found that works best. It comes in a black bottle to help find it on the shelf just be sure not to touch the chrome with the wax becasue its hard to get off (Like most of the others). Also, electric buffers tend to give you a better shine

Ive used the specialists down in Tucson and they do a great job. Theyre a little pricey on ibstall work but they stand behing what they do. Good luck with the system.

A 265/70 R17 tire will fit in the spare tire carrier. I ought a used tire for the spare when I got my new set. The size is an issue, esp w/ 4wds

I would check out Michelin Cross Terrains or LTX's. THe LTx's wont rub. I have them and they are much better than the dunlops. They are also 60 k mile tires
