I have not had a lick of problems...still get 20 mpg....changed out my clutch, alternator, and just did my rack and pinion. Have been through a few sets of shocks. Have some Kings that need to e rebuilt. Run 108 octane through the first tank on any long trip I take, change oil every 4000-5000...

Front suspension on my 1998 with 422K on it is fine, have replaced all the bushings and am running new B 5100s. But the rear, yup I gotta agree. I work in the ass end of nowhere most of the time on rough roads and terrain and when I have crew members riding along...I get a lot of whining and...

How old are your 5100's? I just replaced mine, noticed the same sort of deflection wear on the bushing on mine as well.

Miles...miles?? How about 422K, original engine, about half of those were off road. 1998.
