I get 16-19 out of my 2wd 1999 on our tiny UK roads, plenty of stop/start etc., can't expect too much more!

I'm new as well. Got a '99 or '98 here in the UK. Very rare over here. Have owned for about 8years now and still a perfect daily driver. Would it be a 3rd gen?
