metallitera, did you ever resolve this issue? I think the module in my 1997 has gone bad as well and I'm not sure if ordering a used replacement is worth rolling the dice on if I can't get it reprogrammed for my VIN.

Fixed my IAC, details at the end of this post -> SOLVED: High idle, increases with coolant temp - IAC? I also 3D printed a replacement bezel for my 12V lighter. The original had cracked causing the metal 12V receptacle to pop out. 3 tries later and I had a perfect fit, haha.
