I wired both seat heaters into the single seat heater fuse location with an add-a-fuse. They work great. For whatever reason, it took about an hour of continuous use to get them to heat up for the first time. Since that initial burn in, they heat up immediately and get nice hot. Weird but oh...

I believe there are other open accessory power slots in the cabin fuse panel. In fact, I am going to re-wire mine to have each seat (left/right) on a single circuit from the panel. Will reply when I identify another available slot.

I suppose you could only use a single element in the back and it would still work. each pad has an independent harness on the Rostra kit.

I agree. I had a 2019 GX (traded for a 4 runner) and it's just as nice as a Limited. Of course, it gets absolutely horrendous gas mileage 12-13 mpg which is worse than the 4 runner (not much), but you will likely be able to find one out there. In fact, my local Toyota dealer had a 2020 ORP on...
