Have you tried to update to iOS 13.1.3 which was released yesterday. 11 Pro Max with no Bluetooth drop since updating. Noticed my AirPods connect much faster now as well.

From your iPhone: Goto Settings/Bluetooth, identify your 4Runner Bluetooth device (mine says CarAccessorySystem) hit the blue (i) then turn on the Show Notifications slider to green.

Just did black out kit. Toyota should have done this from the factory IMO. How do you like the Xenon lights? Everything I've read seems like they are great. I agree in the stereo. May look into speakers and amp upgrade for cleaner sound leaving factory radio/nav.

Just took delivery of mine today. Deposit down on 2/13 and arrived 4/19. Dealer told me roughly 2 months so pretty spot on. Loving it so far! Upgrades will be Xenon Phillips 4300 HID kit, N-Fab Nerf Steps, Black Out Back Emblems, interior LED lights, Toyota or Husky all weather mats.
