If you ever plan on removing your starter, read this first.

Why not give this thread a little bumpski. Having to do this dreaded fix on my '00 limited. Everything was pretty straight forward until I got to the top bolt. Impact wrench, breaker bar, brute strength, I couldn't quite get the the right angle and leverage to get it to budge. Let it sit for a...

Spiker Engineering ULTIMATE Lift Hood Struts

Saw the sale over on the tacoma world forums and came here to share the goodness, looks like I'm late to the party, lol. Free bump I guess. Stoked to get these installed!

    Fs- 3rd gen 3.4ltr exhaust tacoma,wa

Looking forward to what you do with sliders and bumpers. I'm over in Puyallup, so would love to support some local folks. I'll have to keep an eye out!

    Course Motorsports phone mount

Paypal or venmo? It's an M5-.80. I see two options to convert, somehow pull the existing thread out and swap it or just fill the ram mount female threads with some sort of epoxy and push it over the M5 threads. For now, will just use the mount as it's supposed to and work on the rest later...

Post up your 3D printed projects

Ordered up a Prusa Mini a couple of days ago. Lead time is 4-6 weeks currently, which sucks, but sounds like a great starter printer. Stoked to finally have one!

    1995-2002 4Runner Modular Storage Panels

I'm glad someone said it, I definitely was thinking the same thing. I saw Rago has their own dealer section. Would probably be smart to just offer up one or two of each product for review here, especially since these posts seem very lazy, missing pertinent information and even links to the...

    Course Motorsports phone mount

Went ahead and ordered this, looks nice. I emailed them to ask what the thread pitch was as I imagine I can just mount a ram ball onto their thread. They responded in just a couple of minutes and said they wouldn't share what the thread pitch was. Thanks, so helpful, even for someone who...

    Course Motorsports phone mount

Direct Fit Magnetic Phone Mount - Toyota 4Runner (1996-2002) — CourseMS For anyone who has this, how close is the ball size to a ram mount? I think for most uses, I'd stick with this phone mount, as-is, but for any weekend adventures in the mountains, might be nice to have the ability to switch...

    CBlock's 98 Limited Build/Maintenance Thread

Love the pics you posted in Jan, haven't been out that way in years. Your rig is looking good! Going to reach out to Integrated about doing some sliders, those look nice. Been wanting to find someone in the Puget Sound area to handle them.

    3rd Gen Antenna Replacement Assembly

Do people still use their radios? I'm being kinda serious actually. I broke mine off on a trail a year or so ago. Have toyed with replacing it because that's what you do, but also, just searching for a delete kit of some sort. $75 seems like a decent price I suppose.

Replacement 3rd gen Toyota "T" front grill badge?

A member here does a teq badge for 3rd gens: 3rd Gen TEQ Grille Badge | Etsy As far as the original look, not that I've seen. You could try some superglue with your original one, should hold it there pretty nicely.

    Oil filter option

Copied this from an older thread. Most people suggest going with an oversize option. I was using the Purolators forever until I came across a good deal on some Toyota oversize filters on amazon. I also noticed one of my local walmarts is actually stocking some Toyota filters...

Now Available! Acrylic Fuse box platforms for 96-00 and 01-02 4runners!

There are some online places that do it. I've never used any, but a quick search showed something like this place, Big Blue Saw - Waterjet and Laser Cutting - Instant Quote Upload your AI file, choose a thickness and color and boom, done. Probably a bit spendy compared to what the cost was...

    Papabeach's Mod Thread

I did everything inside, so hopefully it's good for awhile. I also did the breather mod up into the gas cap area. I cleaned up the rear diff fluid pretty good, next time I do brakes though, I'll be digging in a little deeper, haha. The face shield is a good call though, will get one of those...
