Yes, except for the C4 FAB Rock Sliders. It was $11 and I used the CAT mobile app. It's pretty cool. Just roll up on the scale, the GPS detects your scale location, click accept and your weight is displayed in the app. A copy is emailed to you in a PDF. Never have to get out of the vehicle.

Stopped by a CAT scale today to get a baseline weight. This is with just over 3/4 tank of gas and myself as the only passenger.

I use a Comet RS-66U mounted to the roof rail. Been really satisfied with this setup. I keep it in the lowered position in the woods and getting in and out of the garage. Very sturdy even with the longer antenna attached.

I used a Ram Mount Cup Holder Base and X-Grip for my Yaesu headmount. Wanted something that would be easy to remove as I only really use the HAM when camping or out on the trails.

Yes you are correct. 22FB. 4runner pulls it just fine. No other equipment was added other than the hitch. Airstreams are a little easier to tow due to the aerodynamics and low center of gravity.
