UPDATE - VSC Lights on after replacing dashboard lights When changing out for LED lights, I had also replaced the P, R, N, D, 2, L lights. When I changed the P light back to halogen, it fixed my problem!

I replaced all of them including the PRND2L lights. I will try swapping these back to the halogen to see if this has any impact. I changed all of these to led with making some of them blue to match the blue leds that I used throughout the rest of the panel.
