Well, looks like i'll be relieving the 4runner at the junk yard of its rear end and the necessary wiring to be able to have everything i need for the whole project. Of course there will be the issues that pop up at midnight on a sunday when you have to work the next morning... gotta love that. lol

Thank you, its something that's been on my mind since I spotted a few factory locking rear diffs at the salvage yard near here. I put the switch on my dashboard as a joke and to remind me... :)

I want a locking rear diff on my truck. Just seeing what possible routes are out there.

I have a question, I have located a locking rear diff from another 4runner, is it possible to switch over the innards to my rear diff along with whatever wiring I need from the one I found to mine? As in are they the same ratios? I feel like I worded that poorly....

quarter panels... :/ I was gonna mention your rear quarter panels too.... looks like the bumper pushed up and probably added some damage. I'm no rocket scientist but i'd be including that in the damage estimate as well.

I miss my bumper already, sold it last weekend. BUT I have other plans for other things in the works. BTW the bumpers are awesome! Saved me from a 50 mph tangle with a wire guard rail this winter, just put a few scratches on the bumper. I would definitely recommend it!

I wish I had been a little more careful with the tail light.... lol, only has the screws holding it in now, I figured that if I just pulled harder it would come out.... it did but I was pulling the wrong way and broke off the clip.

Are they 16"? If so they look great
