Well i just test drove the vehicle.. The good: -exterior and interior seats were really nice condition -clean carfax -All buttons worked -Vehicle was really quiet and had a nice ride The bad: -engine light, VSC TRAC, VSC Off lights were on -slight burnt oil smell from front of radiator -hole...

Thanks for the replies so far. Sounds like this deal is good. I am just worried about the mileage. I am also going to be looking at the frame for rust, when brakes were replaced, etc... Maybe I can offer them $14k???

Edited first post with some details. My 3rd Gen was easy to work on and I am used to high maintenance costs.. (2004 ///M3).. I do want to keep this for a long time and it is in great shape..
