Brush guard?
This will be your best bet for a winch bumper...as far as the roof rack, you just missed a great deal costco had going on that was selling roof racks for like $75. ARB is the best bumper/bull bar that is on the market and are very loyal to Toyota. Here is a link to their website...- Yazoo 4Runner

Timing belt replacement question.
If your'e going to replace it yourself, DO NOT use an impact wrench! Also don't half ass it when putting the crankshaft pulley bolt back in. Replaced mine last year and didn't tighten the bolt like I should have and the bolt backed off couple of weeks ago and messed the pulley and bolt up. Also...- Yazoo 4Runner

Most likely, the straps inside are there to hold a first aid kit box...Most land cruisers have the same set up and they come with a toyota first aid kit- Yazoo 4Runner
