Quick update - I did end up trying to tighten things and it didn't improve things. I think I'll probably just replace the gaskets on everything but the exhaust manifold. Really hoping the epoxy or something similar can be used on the leakage there.
I smacked the cat converter pipe on the driver side where it cuts over to connect with the muffler on a rock pretty hard like a goon and a week later got a check engine + trac control off lights (P0175, P0102, and P0171 errors). Thanks to the forum, I learned how to identify that I had leakage...
