I'd say have it welded. I'm in school right now for welding and they have us welding on some pretty thin sheet metal at times. So someone with some decent experience welding should easily be able to weld it up for you.

I would probably have to say FJ60. Something about older suv's with round headlights just seems perfect to me. Fj60 just seem perfect to me. So simple yet can do just about anything.
