Mine took a fair amount of weight but they balanced out okay. I rotate them every 5k miles when I change the oil. It keeps them wearing evenly and minimizes balancing. 38k miles on these bad boys and they still have 11/32 tread Edit: I'm running 265/70/17's

I'd personally go the drain and fill route. I've seen too many transmissions operating fine until having a flush done. I'm not trying to scare anyone but I wouldn't do it on my truck. Maybe if it were low mileage instead of 150k. We don't even do them on customer cars

As stated above. I have the engine as well as the filler plate and they bolt right up. They supply hardware for the install (longer bolts, spacers etc) but I just went to lowes and got some stainless steel hardware as I didn't want to deal with any rust
