I'm looking for extra weight carrying capacity for my 99 with a full bumper/tire carrier, fully loaded about 275lbs of weight in bumper + occasional 130lbs of 2 bikes + rack + gear.
I dont want any lift, 1-2 in max. I know 99' is 1" higher and i like the height so a 2" lift should be 1" on top...

What limitations have been found? Rubbing on the flares? I plan to do a 2" lift likely next year. Could I get by with cutting some plastic to clear, or is it a no go until 2" lift?
I'm just a big fan of these wheels with a flush look.

Would the 3.5" BS 16x8 with a 265/75/16 fit on stock 99' height(1" raised on the 99).
I want it to have some nice poke but it's a limited with the chonk fender flares and I'm not lifted (yet).
