I've had the exact same thing happen to my 03 V8. Kind of like a stutter on startup. It's only happened 3 times so far and two of the times were back to back after 40 miles washboard off-roading in Death Valley. It's been fine since. I have 70k on my truck. I couldn't find much on it either.

Pretty sure that's for the second 12v outlet of the smokers kit. If you get the kit it's a plug and play setup. I kind of want one for the second power outlet without losing the factory look.

I just installed the Toytec/Bilstein 3" lift with Eibach 620 coils and the ride is really great. Very smooth. Very close to stock for me, it's almost indistinguishable. I didn't expect that. I heard the Eibach coils are progressive (not sure) which in theory gives a better ride most of the time...

I have nav and mine has the two rear speakers. No mirrors. It's an 03 if that helps.
