i have daytime running lights on my 2002 4Runner Limited i wish i could turn them off.

I do laugh every time it happens because it is pretty funny. I really can't figure out what it is. It is coming from the horn. It is as if I'm pressing on the horn ever so gently. In the city it is a bit of a problem because people could be crossing in front of me and they'll think I'm honking...

I've lubricated every latch in the whole car and the chirping still happens. Any ideas?
