I could not find deals in AZ. The demand for 4Runners is high here too, maybe not as high as in CA. Last year, all dealerships I went to were asking for above MSRP for Trail Premium/TRD Pro. I go to school here and ended up having to purchase my TRD Pro this year in Washington (my home state)...
I believe the sliding cargo tray makes the back of the vehicle flat with the 2nd row seats folded down.
In vehicles without the tray, there is a slight decline from the folded seats down to the trunk floor.
