Harmonic Balancer/Pulley Just had mine freeze up and won't turn. My question is why would you need to remove the harmonic balancer/pulley? Can't you replace the pump w/o doing this......doesn't look like its in the way or anything PS. God I hate engineering like this ......where they make it...
