I have a 99 bumper, with the chrome upper piece and the lower valance that is straight but has a little surface rust on backside. I took the turn signals out to use on my tube bumper. I'm in alamogordo, nm but travel to tucson frequently. If you're interested.
X2 on the brake line i recently had mine out and i took out the passenger side fender liner, and removed the brake line. Then i was able to tweak the dipstick tube enough to remove it. I think the dipstick tube is meant to seperate but idk mine def would not.
