My 99' temp window in dash has bubbled must be common, I think I want to get a white dash gauge panel and just replace it

? On wheels I got today for TBU ? 231 or 199? So I picked up a set of 4 T-100 steel wheels with 265x75xR16 with 70% studded tires for 130$ just hoping the will work? They look like a pic I saw of steel Tacoma wheels that where said to work with 231mm calipers but now I can't locate that thread...
