Dash Illumination Tap

I'm looking for a good way to tap into dash Illumination because I am installing some switches I would like to light up with the dash when you turn on the headlights. Any insight would be helpful.

I'm looking to install switches in my 97 4Runner and wanted to know if anyone knows a good place to tap into the dash lights so that the switches light up when the headlights are turned on.
