Double check the plug wires are connected in the right order. Sounds basic but I’ve screwed it up before. If they’re good I’d do resistance test on the cam and crank position sensors and the coils. If that’s good I’d double check the valve adjustment. They could be too tight and staying open...

I have the 15x8 Procomp steel d window rims with the -19 offset. You need to run the s12we calipers that came on 15” wheel base model 4Runners and 4cyl tacos. Even with the right calipers it’s a tight fit. I’d go 16” because there’s more tire options too unless you really want the 15” look
