I really can't wait to see what you do with the front bumper. the ARB looks terrible on these trucks!

Are you doing a tube bumper like the FJ? Love that bumper! Light weight and super functional.

I second that notion... One of the big reasons I did not look further at the new 5th gen 4runner was the front end with bumpers looked terrible. I hope you can work with it and make it turn out great!

The truck has been busy getting out on the trail this Summer. We are prepping it right now for the SEMA show in Las Vegas at the end of the month. The truck has been stripped of all its branding and at the body shop getting color buffed. It will come back here, get a fresh branding job (aka logos) then head for the show.

New gear is in development for it but will not been out until this winter.

Nothing as of yet for the 4Runner. We will actually be making a shell bumper instead of a tube bumper. As much as we like the tube bumper design for being light weight and strong it only appeals to a much smaller market. Perhaps in time we will develop one for those that want the more aggressive look.

That is sad to hear LT, nobody offers a tube one for the 4R and I absolutely despise a squared cardboard looking plate bumper. I Had one of you're tube one's on my FJ, then on my Tundra you didn't make one, so I built one with the same style in mind, guess I will have to do the same for my 4R. I am in the northwest and have been to one of the open houses you hosted years ago for the NW FJ club. Next time I am down that way in OR, I would like to stop by and see the new shop and check out that 4R, I have really been debating going full LT with this build.

(P.S. I always recommend everyone to MetalTech and have always been happy with my purchase's and most importantly the customer service. By the way, I was really happy with the custom tuned Radflo's on my Tundra.)

We unfortunately do not have the 4Runner, we sold it to a local guy. He has posted some photos of it in Moab over on our facebook page.
