1) Search, that will help you out A LOT.
2) Don't do lift spacers. Do it right the first time, and do a proper lift. Springs and shocks. Anyother way is going to degrade the performance of the truck.
3) Wheel spacers will be fine. SpiderTrax makes some great ones.
